Repository of Neil's notes, player-involved wiki, or both?

Are we just copying Neil's notes/artistic remembrances verbatim or are we actually trying to construct a wiki in which multiple perspectives from players are integrated into a coherent, readable article that tries to stay faithful to actual events?
