When the dwarf was observed leaving was he just walking away? did I observe him killing anyone? Was he actually doing anything that appeared to be evil or malicious? What did he look like? Braxius did not witness the dwarf leaving. There was a terrible silt storm that night. He was observed by the militia perimeter guards, merely slowly walking away,leaving towards the southern hill passes, not harming anyone."
Any unusual sounds from within the tower that night? anything observed to be off that night? As mentioned above, there was a spell duel up there that night, but it quickly ended, when Liktar and the Sentinels responded. Access to the area was not possible. Only magical lights and fires could be observed from the uppermost windows.
Did anyone from my group actually meet the dwarf we were told was in this tower? did they speak about him? No, not to your knowledge.
